Between the 26^th and 27^th of October at M. Auezov in the South Kazakhstan State University within the framework of the implementation of the Annual Address of the Head of State N. Nazarbayev and the celebration of the 75^th  anniversary of the University the IV – Republican scientific-practical conference “Talents of the XXI century” was held, which was held together with the partner of the University Public Fund “Fund to support the development of international pedagogical creativity and science” of city Aktobe, in the field of development of research and teaching activities of students.

In the Address of the Head of State, voiced on 5^th of October, it was specifically stated that “already in secondary school it is important to carry out professional diagnostics and orientation of children to the most popular specialties”.

The Scientific-Research Department of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University actively implements together with the young scientists of the country the work on the State Program “Rukhani Zangyru” and stimulates further qualitative growth of research projects of secondary, secondary-professional and higher education in our region and in the whole Republic Kazakhstan and gives a huge impetus to the revitalization of the scientific potential of the country in the field of natural, humanitarian, pedagogical and creative sciences.

The purpose of the conference is the formation of the scientific environment of students of secondary and higher education, the use of modern innovative technologies in research, the effectiveness and practical significance of research, evaluation and promotion of research projects at the professional stage of students. The conference was attended by over 200 secondary schools of the republic in 2 major areas of natural-mathematical direction - 16 sections; and humanitarian direction - 12 sections, including Shymkent, Almaty, Astana, Kokshetau, the district centers of the Turkestan region were involved.

The jury is consisted of Satenova Sh.A., Director of the International Academy of Science and Innovative Technologies, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of PF “Foundation for the Support of Development of International Pedagogical Creativity and Science” in Aktobe, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at the International University Silkway of Shymkent Zhumatayev N. S., Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry of Shymkent SKMA, Ordabayeva S.K., Director of SRD of M. Auezov SKSU Nazarbek U.B. They were satisfied with the work of young scientists and objectively evaluated research projects, paying attention to the relevance of the topic, the development of a scientific concept, the benefits for the development of innovations and the impact on the future specialization of the participant.

In general, the support of innovative solutions in the field of education, information and communication technologies, renewable energy sources, environmental protection and other sectors related to improving the lives of our citizens has become one of the main slogans of this event.
