One of the main points of the Head of State Message the “Growth of the welfare of Kazakhstanis: increase of incomes and quality of life” dated 05.11.18, was a more complete realization of the agro-industrial complex potential. “The main task is to increase labor productivity and export of processed agricultural products by 2.5 times. All measures of state support should be directed to the large-scale attraction of modern agricultural technologies to the country ... It is necessary to build a system of mass training for rural entrepreneurs with new farming skills ...”

           For scientists and specialists of the agro-industrial complex, new promising areas are opening up in the country's agro-industrial complex. This industry is particularly relevant in our southern region, which is considered to be favorable for growing many heat-loving crops.
