On March 19, 2019 at Rixos Khadisha Shymkent Hotel was held an international round table on topic “Academic honesty - the core problem and consequences of plagiarism in scientific publications” which is organized by Polish company Plagiat.pl and Shymkent University.

M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University representatives took part in round table: S.Incarbekov, Head of CСTT, S.Umirbekov, Engineer of CСTT, Sh.B. Tassybayeva Head of Educational Support Center, Head of Educational Process Center Adyrbekova G.M., Head of Educational Process Department Kurbanbekov K.T., Deputy Director of Institute for postgraduate education Konarbaeva Z.K. As well as presentations were discussed of Ali Takhmazov - Executive Director of Plagiat.pl from Poland, Warsaw, Yatsuk Michalowski Poland, Warsaw, Head of the Department of Scientific and Specialized Publications of the Ukrainian National University of Economics Elena Evdochenko, Kiev and representatives of Shymkent University, Miras University and International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Kh.A.Yassavi from Turkestan

The speakers shared their experience in fight against plagiarism in Polish, Ukrainian universities and universities of Republic of Kazakhstan, ways to prevent them, the autonomy impact of Polish universities on quality of education, procedures assessment.
