February 03, 2020 at South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezov organized an event - "Open Day" for graduates of secondary schools, technical and vocational educational institutions in order to conduct outreach work on admission to higher education institutions. The initiator of the meeting was the Higher School of Information Technology and Energy. The event was attended by over 500 graduates of schools and colleges of the city. In addition, active students and graduate students of the Higher School, graduates and employers of large enterprises in the city and region took an active part in it.

Director of the Center for Career Guidance University Aytureev M.Zh. in his introduction he thoroughly acquainted students with the rules of admission to universities, with the history of the university and specialties.

Acting Dean of the Higher School Ismailov H.B. Presented a report on higher education and specialties.

The event was actively attended by students, undergraduates, graduates and employers, who noted the role of the university in their personal formation and development of the region. Graduates were provided with career guidance and handouts.
