From May 30 to June 3, 2022, M.Auezov South Kazakhstan University (SKU) took part in a project meeting and a professional tour in the laboratories of the Dresden Technical University, the Signaling Control Center in the cities of Leipzig and Stuttgart (Germany), as well as in Frutigen (Switzerland) as part of the ERASMUS+ project "Economy, ecology and infrastructure of High-speed railways (EEIHSR)". During the visit, the teachers of the Department "Transport, Organization of Transportation and Traffic" of the Faculty of Construction, Architecture and Transport of the SKU underwent intensive training, where they got acquainted with modern technologies and equipment related to high-speed railways in Europe.
Recall that SKU is a member of the project 598817-EPP-1-2018-1-DE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JPEEIHSR - "Economy, Ecology and Infrastructure of High-Speed Railways (EEIHSR)" within the Erasmus program with the support of the European Commission, which is being implemented with 2018. Based on the results of the project, the participants of the SKU developed training modules, such as "High Rolling Stock", "Ecology of Transport and its Processes", "Economics of High-Speed Railways".
