For the purpose of integrating publications including collections of international conferences in the international scientific bibliometric space as well as the provision of scientific papers to a wide range of readers, a license agreement was signed between the RSE with EMR “M. AUEZOV South Kazakhstan State University” and the Scientific Electronic Library Ltd. for the inclusion of the proceedings of the Industrial Technologies and Engineering International Conference in the integrated scientific information resource in the Internet, including the Russian Scientific Citation Index (RSCI).

Electronic Library System the Scientific Electronic Library is an informational resource of the SEL in the Russian Internet zone located at http://elibrary.ru to a full version of which authorized access is provided via the Internet.
