Since January 9, 2018, in order to fulfill the plan for the development of the faculty for the academic year 2017-2018 and within the framework of the implementation of the road map for the development of trilingual education for 2015-2020, courses will be organized on the topic "Organization of the educational process in the University" and "The effectiveness of teaching the methodology of language-linguistic integration (CLIL) in the university."
At the advanced training courses, students get acquainted with new innovative technologies of training and acquire the skills of applying these methods in the educational process. The plan and program of the course are based on modern fundamental psychological and pedagogical sciences, educational concepts and innovative technologies.
The program of the course "Organization of the educational process in the university" consists of 5 modules.
"The effectiveness of teaching the methodology of language-linguistic integration (CLIL) in the university" is organized for the teaching staff of the leading classes in English. To date, the approaches to learning a foreign language have changed. Language is considered as the main tool for obtaining quality knowledge that meets international requirements. One such approach is language-based integrated learning (CLIL). CLIL is the improvement of language proficiency through the study of subject areas, that is, the achievement of objective and linguistic goals simultaneously.
The curriculum of the course covers the following topics: The concept and approach of CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning). Interconnected principles. Subject Content. An integrated educational program developed on the basis of the trilingual training model. Development of language skills through other subject areas.
The program of the courses is designed for 72 hours and is conducted from 9 to 19 January in a specialized classroom (Gl.Korpus, 205 aud.) Of the department for advanced training of scientific and pedagogical staff.
