ERASMUS+ INFORMATION SESSION WAS HELD

Laura Paluanova, the coordinator of Kazakhstan’s national Erasmus+ office, started her visit to Shymkent universities at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University. During the meeting, the acting rector, Gani Besbayev, highlighted the university’s strong research potential. He mentioned that the university has partnerships with over 200 universities and research institutes in 35 countries. Every year, more than 200 students take part in the academic mobility program and study abroad. Between 2019 and 2023, they completed five projects under Erasmus+. Gani Abzelbekovich added that they will continue working in this area.
Laura Paluanova also noted that Auezov University has achieved great results in both the number and quality of projects within Erasmus+, gaining valuable experience. She’s confident that the joint projects will continue.
