 1998 - Deputy Dean of the «Oner» Faculty, International Kazakh-Turkish University named after .Kh.A. Yassavi;

2002 - Head of the department  "Fashion Design" International Kazakh-Turkish University named after .Kh.A. Yassavi;

2004 - Head of the department "Painting and Design" SKSU named after M. Auezov;

2012 - Vice-rector for educational work and social issues of SKSU named after M. Auezov;

2013-2018 - Advisor of the rector of SKSU named after M. Auezov on educational work and youth policy;

Since 2018 - Vice Rector for Social and Educational Work, SKSU named after M. Auezov;

Since December 6, 2019 - Vice-Rector for Public Relations and Culture

He was the scientific supervisor of 40 master's theses and 1 thesis of the candidate of pedagogical sciences.

Prepared and published over 140 scientific and methodological works: 1 monograph,  5 educational aids, 3 monograph albums, 5 cases, as well as 6 electronic textbooks;

Certificate of the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2006); holder of the state grant "The best teacher of the university" (2011); awarded the breastplate of the name Y. Altynsarin (2013); awarded the jubilee medal "70 years anniversary of  M. Auezov SKSU" (2013); He was awarded the medal of the Union of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2015); awarded the badge "Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2015); He was awarded the medal of the Union of artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan "named after A. Kasteev" (2016); SKR medal "For Merits in the Region" (2017); Certificate of honor of the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2017).
