- Was a member and then the Chairman of the Expert Council on Mechanics and Machine Science of the Committee for Supervision and Certification in the Field of Education and Science of the MES of RK (2004-2009yrs.);
- Member of the National Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (since 2006y.);
- He was a member of the dissertation council D.14.23.01 (2000-2004, 2008-2010yrs.);
- Founder of the public-youth union “Baiterek” (2002-2004yrs.) in Shymkent
- Chairman of the Public -Youth Association “Namys” named after B. Sattarkhanov (2005-2017yrs.) in Turkestan;
- Member of the NDP “Nur Otan”.
