The teachers of the department, in addition to the educational process, are engaged in scientific activities. They publish their scientific achievements in the media, at international conferences, CCSON journals and international journals with a high percentage of impact factor. And in addition, together with partners, universities develop projects and release their scientific achievements.

6. Student mobility
Undergraduates are given the same opportunity as students to undergo additional training at foreign partner universities of our university. They are also given a tremendous opportunity not only to get an education, but also to improve the language, increase the circle of communication, and in some cases, our magistrates were able to find a job, for example, Rishat Zaripov and Alina Melek, being undergraduates of our university, were educated at partner universities: at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (Rishat Zaripov) and at the University of Lodz (Alina Melek), now Rishat Zaripov is working in the Eurasian Economic Commission (RF), and Alina Melek is an adviser to the Chairman of the Management Board of the bank (Kazakhstan).
7.Practice
The department pays special attention to the practice of students, the department is always in close contact with potential employers, and annually arrange offline meetings with employers, where they discuss internship issues, employment conditions and other issues. And in addition, they go to places of practice, where students can see the working conditions on the spot, participate in the work process, get acquainted with the documentation, the rules of filling in and the rules of ethics at the workplace. The Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure is in close contact with the Department of Justice, the courts of the city, the Department of State Revenue, the Prosecutor's Office of the city, the Bar Association of the city, the Notary Chamber of the city.
