LO1 Analyze and summarize scientific and technical information with the involvement of information resources, applying knowledge of a foreign language, planning and carrying out complex and interdisciplinary research based on a holistic systemic worldview in the field of history and philosophy of science. LO2 Evaluate the development of the personnel management system in the organization using socio-psychological technologies and principles of a risk-based approach. LO3 Apply innovative teaching methods in the field of standardization and certification, critically evaluate the scientific organization of the work of a higher school teacher. LO4 Demonstrate the ability to lead a team, show creativity and logical thinking when making managerial and technical decisions in non-standard situations in professional activities. LO5 Analyze the state and dynamics of the quality of innovative products/services, processes, management systems, using the scientific provisions of standardization, certification and accreditation systems. LO6 To carry out analytical work on improving the systems of standardization, certification and accreditation of various sectors of the country's economy with the involvement of information resources. LO7 Independently carry out experimental studies, substantiate their results when discussing with specialists and other interested parties. |
