The purpose of the EP: Preparation of highly qualified masters who have conceptual knowledge in the field of vocational education and are able to carry out scientific, pedagogical and research activities.

The sphere of professional activity of the Master of Pedagogical Sciences SP 7M01450 - "Vocational Training" are:

- production activities in organizations of higher and additional vocational education, research, design organizations and in production;

- research activities in the field of education and

in production, in the field of raising workers in accordance with specialization;

- teaching activities in accordance with the obtained qualification of a master of pedagogical sciences according to SP 7M01450 - "Vocational training".

Learning outcomes

LO1 Systematize the scientific foundations of the organization of the educational process in higher education, taking into account the direction of training specialists in vocational training.

LO2 Demonstrate knowledge of a foreign language in interpersonal communication, clearly communicate information for the successful implementation of research and teaching activities to both specialists and non-specialists.

LO3 Analyze the main ideological and methodological problems, including interdisciplinary ones, arising in science at the present stage of its development, evaluate various facts and phenomena based on the provisions and categories of the philosophy of science.

LO4 Evaluate the development and effective use of personnel, possess socio-psychological technologies for managing mass behavior.

LO5 Solve new pedagogical problems and implement entrepreneurial activities in the field of continuing professional education.

LO6 Independently analyze methodological and conceptual studies on scientific and pedagogical training of specialists in the field of technical and vocational education.

LO7 Analyze the content and technologies of training, offering mechanisms for the organization, management and improvement of dual training.

LO8 Develop design and technological documentation, labor objects and own the technology of processing structural and textile materials.

LO9 To explore ways of developing the professional competence of future specialists, taking into account the analysis of the requirements of employers and students themselves to the content of training specialists.

LO10 Apply modern methods and technologies, including inclusive organizations of educational and educational activities, carry out organizational, pedagogical and methodological support of various areas of the educational process.
