LO 1 Communicate freely in the professional environment and society in Kazakh, Russian and foreign languages, taking into account the principles of academic writing and the culture of academic honesty. LO 2 To demonstrate socio-cultural, professional development, based on the formation of ideological, civic, spiritual and social responsibility, academic honesty and decency,methods of theoretical and experimental research. LO 3 Demonstrate information and computing literacy, the ability to generalize, analyze and perceive information, setting goals and choosing ways to achieve it. LO 4 To differentiate legal concepts and categories, to assess the nature and interrelation of legal and procedural phenomena in an integral system of knowledge and their significance for the realization of law. LO 5 To interpret the norms of various branches of law necessary for activities in the field of criminal, civil and administrative proceedings, to investigate and evaluate the optimal ways to solve problems related to the implementation of the tasks of professional activity. LO 6 Analyze the state of industry legislation, explain new legislation, identify conflicts, gaps, inconsistencies in regulatory legal acts, conducting their interpretation. LO 7 To qualify offenses, other legal facts and circumstances, applying the current legislation and other legal acts, predicting the legal consequences of their application to specific situations in the field of criminal, civil and administrative proceedings. LO 8 Determine the structure and variety of criminal law, criminal procedure, and penal enforcement norms, interpret and evaluate their applicability in the field of criminal proceedings. LO 9 Determine the structure and variety of civil law, civil procedure, civil enforcement norms, interpret and evaluate their applicability in the field of civil proceedings. LO 10 To analyze the features of the functioning of the legal system and the state mechanism of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their applicability for the implementation of law in professional activity. LO 11 To implement research, entrepreneurial and work skills in conditions of uncertainty. LO 12 To work effectively individually and in a team, showing flexibility and independence in decision-making, to adapt socially through physical training and physical development. |
