Division of academic work-load planning and staff formation
Ø Provides the collection of initial data (extracts and academic work-plans of specialties) for academic work-load planning;
Ø Checks and records the volume of academic load and staff for full-time, distance learning, master's and doctoral studies at the University departments;
Ø Determines the amount of academic load for grants and commercial sets for University departments;
Ø Defines the staff of the chairs;
Ø Provides the summary table of academic work-load volume and staff of the chairs for approval of the pro-rector responsible for academic work and IT;
Ø Provides the approved academic work-load and university chairs staff to economic planning division of the finance department for staff listing;
Ø Organizes the streaming of the academic groups.
Ø Monitoring of the monthly performance of the teaching load of the teaching staff of the departments
Ø Registration of hourly payment documents
Opening documents for hourly payment

Ø To check the volume of academic work-loads of chairs
Ø To define the staff of the chairs
Ø To organize the streaming of the academic groups
Ø To combine the groups into streams and divide the groups into subgroups on different types of lessons
