Learning outcomes

LО1 Communicate freely in the professional environment and society in Kazakh, Russian and English, taking into account the principles of academic writing and the culture of academic honesty.

LO 2 Demonstrate socio-cultural, professional development, based on the formation of worldview, civic, spiritual and social responsibility, academic honesty and decency, methods of scientific research.

LO 3 Possess information and computing power literacy, the ability to generalize, analyze and perceive information, setting goals and choosing ways to achieve it.

LO 4 Freely operate with concepts, categories, fundamentals of theories and history of international law, have an idea of the essence, nature and interrelation of international legal relations in an integral system of knowledge and understand their legal significance for the implementation of national law and international law.

LO 5 To interpret the norms of various branches of international law professionally, necessary for activities in the field of foreign economic and political and other interstate, international activities, to find optimal ways to solve problems and make decisions related to the implementation of the tasks of professional activity.

LO 6 Legally competently analyze the norms of international law, understand their changes, be able to interpret them, apply them, identify conflicts, gaps, inconsistencies in regulatory legal acts, as well as develop regulatory documents and acts.

LO 7 To carry out the correct and accurate qualification of violations of national and international law, other legal facts and circumstances; to apply the current legislation and other legal acts to specific life circumstances in the sphere of relations complicated by a foreign element.

LO 8 To characterize the features of the norms of international law with a focus on their application in various spheres of interstate relations; to understand the specificity of international legal relations, their structure, varieties.

LO 9 Effectively carry out law enforcement, and human rights, advocacy and notarial activities when performing the functions of professional activity and protection of human rights in the system of international organizations.

LO 10 Apply legal concepts, analyze the features of the functioning of the legal system and the state mechanism of the Republic of Kazakhstan, use them to implement the right in professional activities.

LO 11 To use research, entrepreneurial skills and skills of working in conditions of uncertainty.
