Learning out comes

LO1 Analyzes the main ideological and methodological problems, including those of an interdisciplinary nature, arising in science at the present stage of its development, evaluates various facts and phenomena based on the provisions and categories of the philosophy of science.

LO2 Applies oral and written communication skills in the professional sphere in Kazakh, Russian and English.

LO3 Independently plans, organizes and manages the educational process at the university, applies modern teaching technologies and chooses relevant teaching methods.

LO4 Demonstrates the ability for professional and personal development in the field of education.

LO5 Effectively manages people in the organization, develops their potential and creates a favorable working environment with the help of knowledge in the field of psychological management and human resource management.

LO6 Participates in the development of a strategy for the formation and improvement of the corporate image and evaluates image indicators in order to increase the competitiveness of food enterprise products.

LO 7 Independently selects objects and relevant modeling methods, conducts statistical analysis and interprets the results of modeling in order to optimize technological processes.

LO8 Independently conducts effective selection and operation of high-tech equipment, implements modern technologies for the production and storage of food products, including products with predictable properties, produced taking in to account the principles of energy and resource conservation.

LO9 Develops the skills of scientific research, self-education and introspection, realizing the need for constant professional growth and updating of knowledge, adequately analyzes and predicts trends in the development of the food industry and offers its own ideas and views for effective adaptation to new requirements and challenges.

LO10. Organizes the production and control of the activities of food production enterprises, including the control of the use of material resources in order to improve the quality of services and ensure food safety.

LO11 Monitors and manages the quality and safety of food raw materials and manufactured food products, including information control technologies.

LO12 Uses modern approaches to the design and reconstruction of food production enterprises and demonstrates the skills of making rational design and technological decisions.
