Besbayev Gani Abzelbekovich

Gani Abzelbekovich Besbayev was born in 1976 in the Turkestan region.

He graduated from the South Kazakhstan Technical University with a degree in Economic Cybernetics. He started his professional career at the South Kazakhstan Technical University (now M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University).

1997-1999 – Research intern.

1999-2002 – Postgraduate student.

2002-2005 – Lecturer at the Department of Mathematical Methods and Modeling.

2005-2007 – Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogical Distance Learning.

2007-2009 – Deputy Director of the Institute of Distance Education.

2009-2019 – Dean of the Higher School of Information Technology and Energy.

2019-2022 – Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering and Software.

2022-2023 – Dean of the IT and Economics Faculty at Zh. A. Tashenov University.

Since 2023 – Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering and Software at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.

Since June 26, 2024 – Member of the Board and Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Affairs at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University.
